This prestigious, intimate dining experience offers a journey through a series of imaginative and unique dishes that push the boundaries of flavour and presentation. Each course is a masterpiece, meticulously crafted to surprise and enchant, with bold flavours and vibrant colour combinations that dance on the plate and palate.

HRISHI’s Table at Farlam Hall offers a dining experience that feels as personal as having Hrishi himself step into your kitchen to cook. Each plate is a narrative, drawn from his memories, travels and extensive culinary expertise. 

Your evening will be hosted by Hrishikesh alongside Senior Sous Chef, Benhur, and our knowledgeable front of house team, our 'storytellers', who will each share the inspiration, development and processes behind each of the dishes.

HRISHI's Table is limited to a maximum of 10 guests, seated on a shared table.  The Tasting Menu will change seasonally and will include snacks and petit fours, along with a Champagne reception and paired wines.
