Meet Hrishikesh
Delightful simplicity with oodles of class
Chef Patron, Hrishikesh Desai brings a wealth of experience to Farlam Hall. With many accolades to his name he also successfully held a Michelin Star for six consecutive years. Being classically trained at the prestigious college Institute Paul Bocuse in Lyon, he and his team bring those classic techniques, with a nod to his heritage, a twist of Indian influences. His mantra is to bring good food, great wines and incredible hospitality.
