A Taste of France at Farlam Hall

Join us for our next Exclusive Event!

Experience the very finest of classic French gastronomy and taste the very best wines from the world famous wine regions of France when we host "A Taste of France at Farlam Hall" on Wednesday 29th November, in partnership with Corney & Barrow, one of the oldest independent wine merchants in the UK.

Join our Chef Patron, Hrishikesh Desai, as he talks about his love for French cuisine and wines and the inspirations he has taken from the many years he spent pursuing higher education in Culinary Arts and Management at the Institut Paul Bocuse in Lyon and his travels in France.

Heavily influenced by his wine teacher, Marie, who held the title of Meilleir Sommelier de France, and the time spent with the sommeliers at Le Chateaux de Bagnois & Les Maison de Bricourt, carved out his fascination of the skill involved in pairing the perfect wine with his dishes.

Using this extensive knowledge, Hrishikesh will delight you with a classically French 5 course Tasting Menu, with the perfect wine pairing served with each course.
