Tuesday 30th December

Delight in the warmest of welcomes and start your celebrations with a lavish Afternoon Tea served with a Festive Cocktail, while you settle into the luxurious and timeless ambiance of your home for the next few days.  This evening, enjoy a Champagne reception followed by a relaxed 3-course à la carte dinner served in Bistro Enkel.

New Year's Eve

Prepare for the day ahead with breakfast served in the Cedar Tree Restaurant, with cooked and continental options available. High ceilings and full height windows offer stunning views over the estate's lake and gardens, made even more beautiful by a dusting of snow if we are lucky!

Curl up with your favourite book in front of the crackling fires or, if you would like to explore further afield, our knowledgeable team will be happy to assist with their recommendations of the many places to visit in the area.  A light lunch and cream tea will be served and then the afternoon is yours to enjoy at your leisure.

This evenings celebrations start with a fireworks display in the gardens (weather permitting), followed by a Champagne Reception prior to a lavish 7 course Gala Dinner served with expertly paired wines.  After dinner, join us for a celebratory toast with a glass of Champagne by the fire in the lounge as we welcome in the new year.

New Year's Day

Breakfast this morning will be a leisurely affair where you can enjoy cooked and continental options served in the Cedar Tree Restaurant.

For those seeking relaxation, wander through our beautifully manicured gardens or relax in the lounge with the graceful tick of the Stephenson clock for company. For the more adventurous, the surrounding countryside offers a wealth of activities, from scenic hikes to leisurely bike rides, with many world-renowned historical attractions only a short drive away, with a warming light lunch served in the afternoon.

A relaxed dinner will be served in the Cedar Tree restaurant, followed by a very special “In Conversation with Hrishi” where Hrishikesh will join you in front of the fire to reflect on the past year and share his favourite stories of his journey so far; a great opportunity for him to answer any of your questions!

Friday 2nd January

Enjoy a hearty breakfast in the Cedar Tree Restaurant with both cooked and continental options available, before we wish you a fond farewell and a happy, healthy and prosperous New Year!

 

Payment Terms:

Please note that we will require a non-refundable deposit of £200 per room to secure your booking, with a further payment which is equal to 40% of the remaining balance due 90 days beforehand (this payment is refundable if you cancel your booking more than 60 days prior to arrival).  The remaining balance is due 30 days beforehand and will only be refunded if we manage to re-sell your room for the same value.
