Terms & Conditions

  • This product is collection only. All orders will be available for collection from Farlam Hall Hotel on 13 December by midday.
  • A full payment of £80 is required to reserve your order. Once placed, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
  • Serves 2 generous or 3 small portions. A maximum to serve 6 generous portions of Wellington can be created and priced accordingly. All the Wellingtons will be provided with an oven temperature probe.
  • Due to the nature of the product, no dietary requirements or modifications can be accommodated.
  • Please note: While preparing the Tandoori Beef Wellington, our chefs work with a variety of ingredients. Although every care is taken to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that it has not occurred.
  • The Beef Wellington will be supplied frozen and must be fully defrosted before cooking. A step-by-step cooking guide will be provided, along with a QR code linking to our cooking demonstration video.
  • Instructions will outline the correct defrosting procedure, including the requirement to defrost the product in a refrigerator for 48 hours before cooking.
  • After collection, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure proper storage and handling of the product. The item must be stored in a freezer immediately after collection until defrosting as per the instructions.
  • Farlam Hall Hotel is not liable for the condition, safety, or freshness of the product once it has been collected from the premises. Failure to follow the provided storage and preparation instructions may result in spoilage or food safety risks, for which the hotel accepts no responsibility.
