Afternoon Tea Week

Tuesday 12th - Saturday 16th August

Introducing 'Afternoon Tea with Henry'

Join us this August for a limited-time special celebration of one of Britain's finest traditions, but with a Farlam twist!

Served each day from Tuesday - Saturday from 1pm - 3pm, enjoy 'Afternoon Tea with Henry', a unique experience featuring a handcrafted and delicious nod to our beloved hotel dog Henry, a delightfully sweet tribute to our most loyal host - almost too adorable to eat!

Weather permitting, Tea will be served in the serene lawned walled garden, with the finest British sparkling wines and delicious cocktails served whilst you delight in the beautiful surroundings of our ancient trees and colourful blooms.  Alternatively you will be seated in the elegant restaurant with full height windows offering lovely views across the gardens and ornamental lake.

Priced at £40 per person, you will also be presented with a voucher entitling you to a 10% discount for a return visit, which can be used towards Dinner, Afternoon Tea or even a Treatment in The Sycamore Retreat.

Booking Terms:

We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice for bookings.

Children of any age are welcome to join us for Afternoon Tea.

Dress code for Afternoon Tea is smart casual. Unfortunately we cannot accept guests wearing short trousers, flip flops/sliders etc.

Allergies and Intolerances

In our aim to give you the best experience, our dishes are complex and have been developed using specific ingredients, skills, and timings to create a perfectly balanced flavour, with each dish being developed and refined until it is perfect.

We are therefore unable to adapt our dishes to cater for any dislikes or dietary restrictions which we feel compromise our vision and style of the menu, by removing ingredients such as onions, garlic, ginger, ground & whole spices, chillies, tomatoes, coconut, lemon.

We are happy to cater for those guests who cannot tolerate any of the 14 main allergens but stress that all dishes are prepared in an environment where allergens are also prepared and cooked.  Although we follow best practice, we cannot guarantee the environment will be completely allergen free.

Suppliers of our dry ingredients also follow best practice to eliminate cross contamination of the allergens, but we cannot guarantee that their environment will be completely allergen free.

Please ensure that you inform us of any allergies (14 main allergens only) at least 72 hours prior to arrival as we are unable to cater for any unannounced dietary requirements.
