Walking and Hiking

Cumbria is a walker’s paradise, with footpaths, hiking routes and panoramic views all around – including right on our doorstep.

We would always recommend booking a local guide if you are not familiar with the local area, as guided walks are one of the best ways to gain an in-depth understanding of the historical and cultural landscapes of the surrounding countryside.
