Welcoming Champagne Drappier to Farlam Hall
We were delighted to welcome Champagne Drappier to Farlam Hall as this Champagne house is very special to Hrishikesh and Karen after being very warmly welcomed by the Drappier family on their recent visit. We were very lucky to be joined by two expert speakers from both Champagne Drappier and our partners for this event, Berkmann Wine Cellars, who used their expert knowledge to pair the perfect Drappier Champagne with each course of the spectacular tasting menu. Guests were enthralled to listen to Hrishikesh talk about his recent experience with this well-known Champagne House, as well as the food and wine pairings and how each complement and enhance the other.
