Taittinger, A Family Affair
In March, we celebrated the vitality and history of one of the oldest Champagne House’s, who’s values of duty, courage and honour have been passed down through many generations, and discovered more about the House’s very heart and soul: The Family.
The tasting menu was based on the family's favourite dishes and guests were thrilled by classic dishes with a twist, such as White asparagus custard, white asparagus textures, white truffle, and the showstopping Tournedos Rossini, black truffle jus, pommes Joel Robuchon.
