Accessibility and Inclusivity
How can we make this the best possible stay for you?
Farlam Hall strives to create an atmosphere where everyone can thrive and all guests feel welcomed and valued from the moment they step through the door. We want to enhance your experience by promoting a culture of inclusivity and accessibility, regardless of any medical condition, disability, impairment or specific needs.
Two of our luxury rooms are situated on the ground floor, one of which is also suitable for guests with an assistance dog. Most of the ground floor is level and there are alternative entrances without steps which have level access to the lounge, bar and restaurant. There are a few steps in other parts of the ground floor of the hotel but we can provide ramps if required. Please see the Accessibility Statement for more details of the hotel and its rooms.
For guests who require quiet and calm then you’ve come to the right place. Farlam Hall is decorated in calm, restful colours, with quiet spaces and only soft background music. If you require a quiet space, or adjustments to the music or lighting, then please ask our staff and we will do our best to accommodate you.
If you require a larger print menu or any other information, then please ask and we can organise that for you.
If you have any queries or have any access requirements, please phone 016977 46234 or e-mail farlam@farlamhall.com prior to your visit and we will strive to make your stay as seamless as possible.
We aim to remove barriers in order to create a positive experience for all, making this the best possible stay for you.
