Taittinger, A Family Affair

Celebrate the vitality and history of one of the oldest Champagne House’s, who’s values of duty, courage and honour have been passed down through many generations, and discover more about the House’s very heart and soul: The Family.

Kevin McKee, the UK Director of Taittinger will take you on a journey to learn about this unique family House and discover the flavours and aromas of the iconic cuvees, while Hrishikesh will entertain you with the stories behind each of the exquisite dishes placed before you.

Tickets are priced at £190 per person and your experience will start with Champagne and Canapes at 6pm, followed by a 5 course tasting menu in our Michelin star restaurant, the Cedar Tree by Hrishikesh Desai, with each dish expertly paired with the perfect Champagne.  Coffee and petit fours will finish the evening, along with a goody bag prior to your departure.

If you would like to fully immerse yourself in the evening, take advantage of our early bird reduced overnight packages and stay in one of our luxurious rooms or Stable Suites from £580 per couple, and enjoy a relaxing breakfast and a late check out the following morning.

The team at Farlam Hall are passionate supporters of the charity Hospitality Action, who help thousands of people each year from the hospitality industry and we will be holding a raffle on the evening to raise money for this fantastic charity - further details on the prizes available will follow soon!
