Farlam Hall Gin
We are excited to have recently launched our very own Farlam Hall Gin, with flavours inspired by our Chef Patron, Hrishikesh Desai, and created by the multi-award winning Hawkridge Distillery.
Choose from either London Dry, with fresh citrusy notes and bold juniper berries to refresh and rejuvenate, or Raspberry & Cardamom made with berries from our own kitchen garden, complemented by the warm citrusy, minty & spicy notes of green cardamom.
Bottles are available to purchase from Reception for only £40, making them the perfect Christmas gift for that special someone!

Chef Patron, Hrishikesh Desai brings a wealth of experience to Farlam Hall and is very proud to have received a Michelin star within his first year, following on from three rosettes at the prestigious AA Hospitality Awards and our addition to the Michelin Guide in 2023 and, more recently, receiving an ‘Exceptional’ rating at the 2024 Good Food Guide Awards.
Being classically trained at the prestigious college Institute Paul Bocuse in Lyon, he and his team bring those classic techniques, with a nod to his heritage, a twist of Indian influences. His mantra is to bring good food, great wines and incredible hospitality.
