During one of his rare visits to the UK, we are honoured to welcome Bevan Newton Johnson, the MD of Newton Johnson Vineyards, widely respected as one of South Africa's most acclaimed wineries, producing some of the finest Chardonnays and Pinot Noirs you will find in the Capelands.

Alongside our Chef Patron Hrishikesh Desai and Master Sommelier Rebecca Gibbs, this exclusive dining experience offers guests a unique opportunity to enjoy a very special culinary journey, sharing insights in to the inspiration behind each of the dishes, while discovering more about the perfectly paired wines.

Your evening will begin at 6pm with a welcome drink specially chosen by Rebecca to set the scene for your evening ahead, where you will served an exceptional tasting menu along with paired wines in our Michelin-starred restaurant, Cedar Tree by Hrishikesh Desai.

Tickets for the event are priced at £250 per person which includes a welcome drink and canapes, tasting menu with coffee and petit fours and wine pairings for each course, along with a Farlam Hall complimentary keepsake.  

Why not savour the full experience and enhance your evening with an overnight stay in one of our luxurious rooms from only £250 per room, with full Cumbrian breakfast the following morning, along with a late check out if desired.
